Department: Information Technology & Digital Infrastructure
Location: Addis Ababa
Education: BSc Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution.
Experience Required: Minimum of one (1) year and above of active, verifiable service handling computing or networking systems within a professional business organization.
Technical Competencies & Qualities:
Solid foundational knowledge of enterprise database management, server configuration, and baseline application programming.
Strong technical troubleshooting agility to maintain network uptime, safeguard premium payment systems, and support daily corporate computing operations.
Highly dependable, self-motivated, and capable of collaborating smoothly as an active team player.

Department: Legal Affairs & Corporate Compliance
Location: Addis Ababa
Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Degree in Business Law, Corporate Law, or related legal fields from a recognized higher learning institution.
Experience Required: Minimum of four (4) years of progressive work experience serving within junior-level and middle-level Legal Officer roles.
Preferred Asset: Holding a specialized Diploma in Insurance is highly advantageous and preferred.
Core Competencies & Qualities:
Comprehensive, practical knowledge of national insurance legislation, corporate litigation, and claims defense procedures.
Excellent interpersonal relationship-building, courtroom presentation, and legal contract drafting skills.
High dedication, ethical integrity, and a proactive approach to handling sensitive corporate defense briefs.
