Branch Leadership & Regional Business Roles

1. Branch Manager

• Location: Bambasi Branch (Benishangul-Gumuz)

• Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.

• Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of active banking operations experience, with a mandatory baseline of at least 2 years serving as a Senior Officer, Customer Service Manager (CSM), or Customer Service Supervisor within a branch environment.

• Core Competencies: Strong branch operations management, internal control structures, team building, sales/marketing, negotiation skills, and direct familiarity with standard Core Banking applications.

2. Principal District Banking Business Officer (Re-Advertised)

• Location: Dire Dawa Jerba

• Education: Master’s or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields.

• Experience Required: Minimum of 4 years of banking operations experience for Master’s holders, or 6 years for BA holders. Out of this, at least 2 years must be served explicitly as a Senior Officer in branch banking areas.

3. Senior Banking Business Officer

• Location: Dire Dawa Jerba

• Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.

• Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of banking operations experience, with a mandatory 2 years spent serving directly as a Branch Banking Officer.

• Core Competencies: Solid grip on branch day-to-day operations, sales execution, customer experience optimization, and deep Interest-Free Banking (IFB) product knowledge.

Head Office Financing & Credit Management Roles

4. Corporate Customer Relationship Manager

• Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)

• Education: Master’s or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields.

• Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience for Master’s holders, or 5 years for BA holders. At least 2 years must be served as a Senior Officer inside IFB Financing or CRM/Credit environments.

5. Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

• Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)

• Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.

• Experience Required: Minimum of 4 years of banking experience, with a mandatory 2 years spent explicitly as an Officer in financing/credit operations.
