G-Power Manufacturing PLC, founded in 2023, provides clean and dependable green energy solutions for homes and businesses across Ethiopia. The company is inviting fresh graduates and experienced professionals to apply for several open positions at its operations in Addis Ababa.

Open Positions & Requirements

General Skill Requirement:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English are required for all positions.

Technical & Engineering Positions

1. Junior Technician

  • Required Quantity: 24
  • Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Skills: Basic technical knowledge of installation, assembly, and maintenance; strong willingness to learn under supervision.
  • Salary: As per the company scale.

2. Senior Technician

  • Required Quantity: 8
  • Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in technical installation, troubleshooting, and field repairs.
  • Salary: As per the company scale.

3. Office Engineer

  • Job Summary: Manage after-sales service operations and customer support; coordinate and supervise field technicians and active site activities; handle systematic technical follow-ups.
  • Education: Educational background in Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience. Experience in solar energy and elevator manufacturing companies is considered a distinct advantage.

Sales, Marketing, & Administration Positions

4. Outdoor Sales

  • Required Quantity: 40 (Junior) / 12 (Senior)
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: * Junior Sales: 0 to 2 years of sales experience (1 year required if your degree is in a non-business field).
    • Senior Sales: Minimum of three (3) years of proven sales experience.
  • Salary: Base company scale + performance incentives + commissions.

5. Sales Coordinator

  • Job Summary: Coordinate daily sales team activities and customer communication; prepare sales data, pipelines, follow-ups, and sales reports.
  • Education: Educational background in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.

6. Junior / Trainee HR Officer

  • Required Quantity: 4
  • Job Summary: Support routine HR operations, recruitment cycles, and employee records; handle basic HR coordination tasks, administration, and documentation.
  • Education: Educational background in HRM, Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.

7. Senior Accountant / Accountant

  • Job Summary: Handle daily accounting operations, financial reporting, cost control activities, and manage tax postings (such as withholding tax documentation).
  • Education: Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related business fields.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience within a manufacturing company is an asset.

8. Receptionist

  • Required Quantity: 4
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of relevant office experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, professional appearance, customer service orientation, and computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Internet).
  • Salary: As per the company scale.
