Role Summary: Conduct detailed engineering assessments and professional valuations of physical real estate, structures, and assets offered as collateral for financing facilities to ensure alignment with banking guidelines and regulatory laws.
Education Requirements: Master’s or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, Building Technology, Architectural Engineering, or related engineering fields.
Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years (for Master’s holders) or 5 years (for BSc holders) of active experience, with a mandatory threshold of at least 2 years serving explicitly as an expert in the property valuation field.
Conduct rigorous physical site visits to measure, document, and capture photographic/video records of collateral assets.
Review structural scopes of work and roughly check the quantity of major work items against design documents for buildings under construction.
Apply rule-of-thumb engineering calculations to verify and estimate the value of raw building material stockpiles on active project sites using legal purchase invoices.
Formulate exhaustive valuation logs and technical variation reports, and secure signatures on site-witness documentation.

Role Summary: Design, implement, and continuously refine the Bank’s overarching project portfolio management framework to guarantee consistency, governance tracing, and strategic alignment.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Required: Minimum of 6 years (for Master’s holders) or 8 years (for Bachelor’s holders) of professional financial institution experience, of which at least 2 years must be in project, program, or PMO leadership roles.
Maintain enterprise portfolio management processes and direct the project pipeline demand intake.
Enforce strict compliance with internal audit, regulatory mandates, and international standards (PMI / PRINCE2).
Map enterprise-level resource planning and capacity to identify and optimize resource constraints across business units.

Role Summary: Lead the end-to-end planning, resource allocation, and technical execution of strategic, high-value projects across the bank’s digital and business networks.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Business & Economics.
Experience Required: Minimum of 6 years (for Master’s holders) or 8 years (for Bachelor’s holders) of progressive experience centered within reporting, data analytics, or a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO).
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technical engineering units to deploy project milestones on time and within budget.
Identify, track, and mitigate technical project risks, escalations, and dependencies, reporting directly to the PMO Director.
Mentor junior project personnel and build standardized tools to optimize execution and software integration.
