Technology & Software Development Department

1. Senior Backend Developer

• Experience Required: Minimum of 5+ years of professional, hands-on experience in backend development and enterprise-level application architecture.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Technical Stack & Architecture Core:

  • Frameworks: Expert-level proficiency in Hasura and NestJS for designing highly scalable architectures.

  • Deep NestJS Mastery: Comprehensive command of core concepts including modules, controllers, guards, interceptors, middleware, and dependency injection.

  • APIs & Databases: Extensive experience designing and optimizing GraphQL APIs (schema design, query optimization, subscriptions). Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL database design, indexing, and performance tuning.

  • DevOps & Integrity: Proficient with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment is a distinct asset.

2. Senior Frontend Developer (React / Next.js)

• Role Focus: Technical leadership, frontend architecture decisions, and cross-functional collaboration with backend teams and UI/UX designers.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical track.

• Technical Stack & UI Core:

  • Core Frameworks: Expert command of React.js and Next.js to deploy robust, scalable web applications.

3. System Administrator (Data & Operations Control)

• Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data administration, system management, operational reporting, or a closely related role.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or Marketing.

4. Real Estate Sales Agent
