The company is executing a targeted talent acquisition drive to reinforce its branch operations and service delivery teams within the capital city.

Open Positions

1. Teller I

📍 Location: Addis Ababa

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or TVET Level 4 (Accounting, Management, or related).

⏳ Experience: 0–2 years (Microfinance exposure is a plus).

2. Accountant I

📍 Location: Addis Ababa

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s, TVET Level 4, or College Diploma (Accounting, Finance, or related).

⏳ Experience: 0–2 years (Microfinance experience preferred).

3. Customer Service Officer I

📍 Location: Addis Ababa

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s, TVET Level 4, or College Diploma (Management, Accounting, Economics, or social sciences).

⏳ Experience: 0–2 years (Operational/Customer relation, microfinance preferred).

4. Branch Manager I

📍 Location: Addis Ababa

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting & Finance, or related.

⏳ Experience: Mandatory Microfinance experience. Min. 4 years as Branch Manager/Operations Officer OR 6 years as Senior Customer Service Officer.
