Branch Manager (Grade C)

• Educational & Experience Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree (MA/MBA) in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields:
    • Male Applicants: Minimum 6.5 years of experience in the banking industry.
    • Female Applicants: Minimum 5.5 years of experience in the banking industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in the same fields:
    • Male Applicants: Minimum 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry.
    • Female Applicants: Minimum 7.5 years of experience in the banking industry.
  • Specific Role Requirements: All applicants must have at least 2 years as Customer Services Manager (Grade B) OR 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator (Grade A).
• Work Locations: Addis Ababa Branches, Diredawa, Hirna, Bonga
• Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
