Open Position

Card & Credit Control Analyst

• Educational Requirements: BA Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Card Operations: Conduct daily Tomcard end-of-day controls; validate personalized card creations and changes; ensure complete service billing; monitor and flag risky/unusual transactions; manage card unblocking; secure PIN codes and blank card stock.
  • Credit Control & Reporting: Perform credit analysis for prepaid/postpaid card accounts; track DSO, overdue balances, and unallocated payments; prepare accounts receivable analyses and weekly/monthly exception reports; support Maximum Authorized Overdraft (DMA) reviews.
  • System & Pricing Updates: Update prices for 163 Network service stations and 600 Non-Network customers in the SAP system; maintain transport rates, discounts, and distance tables.
• Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP (FI & CO), Tomcard (or similar card systems), and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
