1. Junior Brand Management Officer
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Educational Requirements: BA, MA, or MBA in Marketing Management, Management, or related fields of study.
- Work Experience: Experience is considered an advantage (Entry-level / Fresh graduates eligible).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of brand strategies, activation campaigns, event marketing, and communication activities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive overall brand performance and maintain consistent brand messaging.
2. Senior Auditor
- Vacancy Number: EVA/001/26
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years for Bachelor’s degree holders or 3 years for Master’s degree holders of relevant experience in internal audit, external audit, or financial management (with at least 2 years in an officer-level role).
- Preferred Certifications: CIA, ACCA, or equivalent professional credentials.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk-based audits across corporate functions (Finance, Procurement, HR, Marketing).
- Evaluate internal controls, IFRS compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and asset management processes.
3. Senior Auditor – Digital Payments
- Vacancy Number: EVA/002/26
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Work Experience: Minimum 6 years for Bachelor’s degree holders or 4 years for Master’s degree holders in relevant digital payments, banking operations, or internal audit roles (with at least 2 years in professional positions).
- Preferred Certifications: CIA, CISA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Audit payment switching, settlement, reconciliation, interoperability, and transaction integrity.
- Assess compliance with National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) regulatory requirements and evaluate fraud prevention controls.
4. Senior IT Auditor (Cybersecurity & Technology Audit)
- Vacancy Number: EVA/003/26
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Work Experience: Minimum 6 years for Bachelor’s degree holders or 4 years for Master’s degree holders in IT Audit, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems Audit (with at least 2 years in professional positions).
- Preferred Certifications: CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform risk-based audits of IT infrastructure, payment applications, and digital platforms.
- Evaluate cybersecurity controls, user access management, IT governance, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness.
