Director, Risk & Compliance Management

• Duty Station: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
• Educational Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Banking and Finance, or related fields.
• Work Experience:
  • Master’s Degree Holders: Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial position within risk and compliance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Holders: Minimum of 12 years of demonstrated relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial position within risk and compliance.
• Mandatory Requirement: IFB (Interest-Free Banking) Training Certification.
• Core Competencies: Comprehensive risk management, regulatory compliance oversight, strategic risk assessment, and policy implementation.
