🔹 1. Branch Manager Grade C

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management or related fields with 6.5 years of experience, OR
    • BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in banking industry.
    • Of which: 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B OR 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
  • Location: Gambella

🔹 2. Branch Manager Grade C (Interest Free Banking)

  • Qualification & Experience: Same as above
  • Location: Dire Dawa & Kombolcha

🔹 3. Branch Accounts Administrator Grade B (Interest Free Banking)

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance or related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation.
    • At least 1 year as Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent.
  • Location: Dire Dawa

🔹 4. Senior Customer Service Specialist (Interest Free Banking)

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
    • 1.5 years of banking operation experience, of which at least 6 months as CSS.
  • Location: Dire Dawa

🔹 5. Junior Procurement Officer

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • BA in Procurement and Supplies, Purchasing, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • 6 months of procurement-related experience (preferably in the banking industry).
  • Location: Addis Ababa

🔹 6. Customer Service Specialist

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
    • 1 year of banking customer service operation experience.
  • Location: Dire Dawa
