Education & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 6 years of banking experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role

2️⃣ Job Title: Senior Accountant

Education & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related fields
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Finance Department or Tax Authority
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws
  • IFRS and ACCA certification is an advantage

3️⃣ Job Title: Senior IFB Resource Mobilization Officer

Education & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or related fields
  • 4 years banking experience, including 2 years in Interest Free Banking (IFB)

4️⃣ Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor – Grade I

Education & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations

Place of Work: Meti (ሜጢ) Branch – Gambella Area


5️⃣ Job Title: Human Capital Management Officer

(Under Performance Management & Succession Planning Division)

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Public Administration, Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years relevant HR-related experience

6️⃣ Job Title: Customer Service Officer – II

Education & Experience:

  • BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
  • 6 months experience in banking operations
  • Applicants must be currently working in a bank
  • Age: Below 30 years
