Position: HR & Facility Officer
Position Summary
The HR & Facility Officer provides professional HR support across the organization, including HR operations, employee relations, performance management, recruitment support, facility and fleet management, and general services.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage issues related to working conditions, performance management, equal opportunity, disciplinary procedures, and employee absences.
- Interpret employment laws and provide guidance to supervisors and teams.
- Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure recruitment processes are effectively and efficiently completed.
- Verify and follow up on HR-related agreements between Horra Corporate Group and partner companies.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
- Offer information and support to employees and supervisors regarding HR policies and work-related issues.
- Notify relevant bodies about employee retirement statuses.
- Provide HR policy information for internal requisitions.
- Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance.
Facility & General Services Responsibilities
- Closely monitor the company canteen system.
- Manage company fleet and fuel utilization.
- Oversee utilities management.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
About You – Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business Management
- Management
- Human Resource Management
- Or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in HR and General Services.
- Experience with HRIS systems is an added advantage.
