1. Manager – Retail & MSME Banking (1 Position)

📍 Place of Work: Head Office

Qualification & Experience

  • BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields
  • Minimum 7 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years as:
    • Team Leader, or
    • Senior Retail & MSME Banking Officer

2. Business Manager (2 Positions)

📍 Place of Work:

  • Central District – Addis Ababa
  • South District – Shashemene

Qualification & Experience

  • BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 7 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years as:
    • Assistant Business Manager, or
    • Senior Business Officer

3. Manager – Operation & Customer Experience (2 Positions)

📍 Place of Work:

  • South District – Shashemene
  • South West District – Jimma

Qualification & Experience

  • BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 6 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years as:
    • Assistant Operation / Customer Experience Manager, or
    • Senior District Operation Officer

4. Manager – Share Sales (3 Positions)

📍 Place of Work:

  • Central District – Addis Ababa
  • South District – Shashemene
  • East District – Dire Dawa

Qualification & Experience

  • BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 6 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years as:
    • Assistant Sales / Business Manager, or
    • Senior Sales Officer

5. Branch Manager (10 Positions)

📍 Place of Work:
Addis Ababa, Boke Tiko, Bedeno, Mechara, Melka-Rafu, Awaday, Babibile, Dire Dawa, Jimma, Mizan Tepi, Bedelle

Qualification & Experience

  • BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years as:
    • Branch Manager,
    • Assistant Branch Manager, or
    • CSM / Business / Operation Manager

6. Management Trainee (20 Positions)

📍 Place of Work: Various Branches

Qualification & Experience

  • BA or MA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration
  • Experience:
    • 10 years for BA degree holders
    • 8 years for Master’s degree holders
  • Age Limit: Not more than 35 years
