1. Forklift Truck Operator
Location: Kilinto

Job Purpose
The Forklift Truck Operator is responsible for safe, efficient, and timely movement of raw materials, packaging materials, chemicals, finished goods, and other items within the warehouse and production areas. The role ensures uninterrupted logistics and production operations while complying with SHE, quality, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently in compliance with SHE standards
- Load and unload materials and finished goods to/from trucks
- Transport materials between warehouses, production lines, and storage areas
- Ensure correct lot/batch picking and stock movement accuracy
- Conduct daily equipment inspection and minor maintenance
- Apply 5S principles and housekeeping standards
- Support inventory counts, audits, and TPM activities
- Report safety incidents, near misses, and equipment issues promptly
Job Requirements
Education
- High School Completed
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics (starter level acceptable)
- Valid Forklift Truck Operator License/Certificate
- Knowledge of barcode scanning / RF devices (if applicable)
- Ability to communicate in local language
2. Warehouse Administrative Assistant
Location: Kilinto

Job Purpose
Responsible for accurate administrative tracking of warehouse stock by booking goods receipt and issue in ERP and WMS systems, ensuring alignment between physical and system inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Register goods receipt and issue accurately in ERP/WMS
- Reconcile system stock with physical inventory
- Maintain all warehouse documentation and filing
- Monitor inventory discrepancies and conduct root cause analysis
- Prepare inventory, freshness, circulation, and performance reports
- Coordinate with warehouse coordinators, finance, and gate control teams
- Support FEFO, traceability, quality, and food safety compliance
- Capture and analyze operational data and reports (Power BI support)
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in Administration or Logistics
- FMCG experience is an added advantage

3. Warehouse Coordinator

Job Purpose
Responsible for coordinating safe and efficient warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, documentation, and goods movement in compliance with HEINEKEN standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities and labor allocation
- Ensure accurate stock movement, FEFO compliance, and inventory accuracy
- Register goods movements, scrapping, and write-offs in WMS/ERP
- Conduct cycle counts and monthly stock counts
- Monitor warehouse safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Control warehouse assets, pallets, racks, and storage conditions
- Support TPM, SHE, and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of logistics/warehouse experience
- FMCG warehouse experience preferred
