Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overall branch growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Key duties include driving membership growth, overseeing the loan portfolio, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Master’s Degree (MA/MBA/MSc): Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in banking, SACCO, or microfinance, including 3 years in managerial/supervisory roles.
    • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc): Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in banking, SACCO, or microfinance, including 4 years in managerial/supervisory roles.
