Position Summary
The Outdoor/Site Sales Representative is responsible for executing on-site sales activities, strengthening customer relationships, and improving sales performance through active market engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new customers and competitors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual builders, contractors, architects, and project owners
- Execute promotional and sales activities at construction sites
- Facilitate quotations and contract negotiations in coordination with the Marketing Manager and management
- Submit regular sales activity and performance reports
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year experience in outdoor/site sales
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will lead marketing and sales development activities, focusing on market expansion, brand positioning, sales performance improvement, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer segments
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate marketing and sales team performance
- Set sales targets, monitor pipelines, and improve conversion rates
- Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, distributors, dealers, and project owners
- Plan and execute promotional activities (digital marketing, exhibitions, site visits, product launches)
- Manage quotations and contract negotiations in coordination with management
- Prepare regular marketing and sales performance reports
- Coordinate with production and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Proven experience in sales team management and revenue growth
- Experience in digital marketing and CRM systems is an advantage
