Job Summary
The Creative Art & Brand Manager leads and manages the creative team to develop innovative, high-quality visual, written, and multimedia content aligned with the company’s branding, marketing strategies, and business objectives. The role ensures brand consistency, creative excellence, and strong audience engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage creative teams (designers, writers, videographers, etc.)
- Develop and implement creative and brand strategies
- Oversee digital, print, social media, video, and promotional content
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage creative projects, timelines, workflows, and budgets
- Conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams
- Manage external vendors and creative agencies
- Support recruitment and onboarding of creative talent
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, 2–3 years in a managerial/leadership role
Required Skills
- Strong creative portfolio (digital, print, video)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Leadership and people management skills
