Position 1: Irrigation Technician
Job Purpose
To monitor, operate, and maintain farmland irrigation and water distribution systems including motors, pumps, filters, pipes, valves, and control units.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visual inspections of the entire irrigation system network
- Monitor and adjust field valves and controller boards
- Inspect pipelines up to the last emitter to ensure proper installation
- Monitor screen filters and perform routine maintenance
- Record and report daily electricity, water, diesel, and fertilizer consumption
- Clean water delivery canals and reservoirs as instructed
- Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, valves, main/sub lines, and drip lines
- Monitor daily valve opening and closing schedules
- Carry out emergency maintenance during system failures or breakages
- Repair leaks and replace damaged irrigation components
- Participate in installation, upgrading, and expansion of drip irrigation systems
- Support related civil works (trenching, valve boxes, pump houses, intake structures)
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Qualification & Experience
Education
- Level III / 10+3 or Diploma in Plumbing, Water, Irrigation, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
Required Skills
- Knowledge of automated irrigation control systems
- Strong maintenance and operational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in remote/harsh conditions
- Fast learner and adaptable to new technologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Position 2: Senior Customs Assessor
Job Purpose
To receive, verify, process, and maintain import and export documentation required for customs clearance in compliance with customs rules and regulations.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive and verify import/export documents, permits, and licenses
- Validate completeness and accuracy of customs clearance documents
- Prepare draft customs declarations (HS Code, valuation, transit, etc.)
- Register customs declarations and submit VDD through the customs system
- Follow up on customs clearance processes and communicate status updates
- Handle customs inquiries and coordinate with clients and authorities
- Maintain organized hard and soft copies of clearance documentation
- Monitor changes in customs laws and notify supervisors and clients
- Handle post-audit inquiries and prepare appropriate responses
- Record and report daily customs clearance performance
- Provide training and support to staff and clients as required
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Qualification & Experience
Education
- BA Degree in:
- Supply Management
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Business Management
- Management
- Management Information System
- Or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
Required Skills
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
- Practical experience in import/export customs assessment and clearance
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and stress management skills
