Position: Branch Manager I

About the Job
The Branch Manager I is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the overall banking operations of the branch. The role ensures full compliance with the Bank’s operating procedures, regulatory directives, and applicable laws. The Branch Manager will also coordinate sales and business development activities, lead customer service initiatives, and promote operational excellence at the branch level.
Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting annual budgets, work plans, activity and progress reports, and actively engaging with the local business community to promote the Bank’s products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields of study.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant banking experience
- At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Services Manager or in an equivalent role

- Strong team-building and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of modern management techniques
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to set, distribute, and manage sales targets and production goals
