📌 Position 1: HR Coordinator
Role Summary
The HR Coordinator role is positioned at a professional level and is ideal for an experienced HR professional with strong communication and coordination skills. The role supports core HR functions in a progressive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the review, development, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Support the full recruitment and selection process
- Assist in handling employee relations cases
- Support employee induction and onboarding processes
- Assist in staff training and career development programs
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Respond promptly to urgent and emerging HR matters
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Qualifications & Experience
- BA Degree
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong HR Management and Employee Relations experience (unionized environment preferred)
- Good knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and related legislation
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to support organizational change initiatives

📌 Position 2: Transaction Officer

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Shareholders Affairs Manager, the Transaction Officer manages shareholder records, supports share transactions, and ensures accurate documentation and communication with shareholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Shareholder Records Management
- Record and update shareholder data using Excel and Share Management Systems
- Digitize and organize shareholder documents
- Maintain subsidiary ledgers for each shareholder
2. Shareholder Relations
- Maintain effective communication with shareholders
- Respond to inquiries and provide timely information
3. Share Transactions Support
- Assist in share sales, dividends, and transfer processes
- Coordinate with Senior Shareholder Accountant and Shareholders Affairs Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance or administration
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information

Role Summary
Responsible for managing inventory, materials, and supplies while ensuring accurate records and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Record incoming raw malt barley (system & manual)
- Record varietal mix, TSR, and moisture content
- Issue GRN for received goods and ensure timely payment processing
- Prepare Store Issue Vouchers (SIV)
- Capture silo number data accurately
- Record TTA for malt and cleaned barley shipments
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and reporting skills
