
Sales & Customer Service Officer
Job Objective:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, address queries and concerns, and provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Support the sales team in all aspects of the sales process, maintain records, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and address their inquiries.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the organization’s services, products, or events.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and analyze data to evaluate performance.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to communicate value effectively.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the sales process and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Sales, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with 0 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
