The National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE), re-established by Proclamation No. 1133/2011, is the constitutionally mandated body responsible for conducting elections, organizing referendums, and regulating political parties in Ethiopia. NEBE is strengthening its institutional capacity with a strong focus on human resource development.

Education & Experience
- Master’s or BA Degree in Political Science, Development Studies, Law, Human Rights, Project Management, Management, Economics, Public Administration, or related fields

Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and guidance to political parties
- Support election planning, logistics coordination, and security measures
- Conduct needs assessments and capacity-building training
- Participate in vote counting, tabulation, and result declaration
- Develop election plans and coordinate polling station establishment
- Ensure ethical standards, transparency, and neutrality
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation
