1. Branch Manager I – 15 Positions
- Locations: Central District Branches (Addis Ababa) and Tepi
- Qualification: BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in banking, including at least 3 years in a leadership role (Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, Customer Service Manager, or Branch Operations Manager)
- Key Competencies: Leadership, branch operations management, customer relations, and problem-solving
2. Branch Accountant – 11 Positions
- Locations: Bole Jafer, Adama, Ayertena, Dubi Tera, Gofa, Angetu, Halaba, Hawassa, Jijiga, Kobo, Mechara
- Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking, including 1 year as a Branch Accountant or Customer Service Officer (CSO)
- Key Competencies: Financial reporting, account reconciliation, analytical skills, and attention to detail
3. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash – 10 Positions
- Locations: Adama, Tulu Dimtu, Shashemene, Bule-Hora, Halaba, Hawassa, Babile, Mechara, Beroda
- Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking, including 1 year as a Cashier or Customer Service Officer
- Key Competencies: Cash handling, customer service excellence, accuracy, and compliance
4. Customer Service Officer – 50 Positions
- Locations: Mercato, Jimma, Dire Dawa, Chiro, Gelemso, Al-Aqsa, Furi, and other branches
- Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of banking experience (including Junior CSO or Bank Trainee roles)
- Key Competencies: Customer service, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking
