Key Responsibilities
- Data-Driven Market & Opportunity Analysis – Identify market opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, assess emerging fintech trends

Key Responsibilities
- First-level support for Primary Switch Service users and member financial institutions
- Execute requests based on SLA/OLA
- Register agents, merchants, terminals, deploy ATMs and POSs
- Monitor transactions (ATM, POS, P2P), document issues, escalate as needed
- Maintain security and compliance (PCI-DSS, malware, access control)
- Provide compliance reporting and security updates
- Other duties as assigned
