📦 Store Keeper / Stock Controller (Based on the described responsibilities)
📝 Job Summary
The position is responsible for managing store inventory, handling stock movements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proper storage and documentation of materials.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing stock and ensure store requisition and issue vouchers are properly completed
- Check quantity, quality, and documentation before accepting goods
- Maintain accurate and timely store records following company procedures
- Ensure storage areas remain clean, organized, and safe
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly stock balance reports
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations
- Report damaged, obsolete, or missing items to supervisors
- Participate in fixed asset inventory activities
- Prepare lists of excess materials
- Update inventory records periodically
🎓 Education Requirement
- Diploma in Supplies Management
- Or related field
💼 Experience Requirement
- Minimum 3 years proven experience
- Preferably in construction warehouse environments

- Computer literacy
