Key Responsibilities
- Manage women banking information on the website
- Coordinate training programs with partners
- Support partnerships with NGOs and stakeholders
- Assist in proposal preparation and documentation
- Provide financial advisory support to women clients
Requirements
- BA Degree in:
- Management
- Business Administration
- Or related fields
- Minimum 1 year experience

Position 2: Associate Women Banking Service Officer I
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in operational planning
- Maintain relationships with women clients
- Support guarantee fund management
- Provide customer service and follow-up
- Support partnerships and resource mobilization
Requirements
- BA Degree in:
- Management
- Business Administration
- Or related fields
- Minimum 1 year experience

Position 3: IS Audit Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct IT and digital banking audits
- Evaluate IT controls and systems
- Perform risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities
- Review IT governance and operational processes
- Follow up audit findings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Information Systems or related fields
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT/IS Audit
- Certifications (CISA, ISO 27001, CIA, etc.) are advantageous

Position 4: Branch Manager Grade C
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch performance
- Ensure high-quality customer service
- Implement policies and procedures
- Prepare performance reports
Requirements
- MA/MBA or BA Degree in:
- Banking & Finance
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Economics or related fields
- Experience:
- 6.5 years (MA/MBA) or
- 8.5 years (BA) in banking
- Relevant managerial experience required
