Position: Junior Technicians (Battery & Solar Systems)
We are seeking hands-on Junior Technicians to support our battery refurbishment, system assembly, solar installations, and field operations.
- Education: Diploma or TVET in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
- Core Requirements: * Basic understanding of electrical systems.
- Strong work ethic and professional discipline.
- Willingness to work in both workshop and field environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience or training with solar or battery systems.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
