Role Summary: You will be responsible for creating sales, achieving daily volume targets, and maintaining professional relationships with outlet owners and staff across your assigned territory.
- Location: Addis Ababa – All Regions
- Education: BA Degree in any field of study.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in sales is preferred.
- Contract Type: Managed by a third-party talent hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Create sales from existing and new customers while achieving daily volume targets.
- Market Expansion: Proactively open new accounts and identify strategic outlets to maximize market share.
- Relationship Management: Build sound relationships with outlet owners and staff; execute approved promotions professionally.
- Inventory & Assets: Monitor stock levels at distribution and retail levels; ensure proper management and reporting of company refrigerators.
- Reporting: Submit regular sales reports and communicate product benefits clearly to consumers.
