
Position: People & Culture Supervisor
Job Summary:
The People & Culture Supervisor serves as the main HR contact for Leaf Operations Centers, supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. The role focuses on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR (P&C) partner for managers and employees
- Support organizational development initiatives and maintain job descriptions
- Conduct workforce and headcount planning
- Manage employment processes (contracts, transfers, promotions, discipline, etc.)
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes
- Support budgeting related to staffing and training
- Lead or support employee engagement initiatives
- Provide reports and HR-related insights to management
- Manage personnel actions for assigned staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR / People & Culture experience
- Experience in a multinational or international organization is mandatory
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and Amharic (written & spoken)
- Knowledge of labor laws, company policies, and HR practices
