Position: Executive Secretary & Receptionist

Job Summary: This position balances high-level administrative support for bank executives with professional front-desk management. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and play a crucial role in office coordination and executive logistics.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Location: Addis Ababa (Kazanchis Area).

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle travel logistics, and maintain confidential documents.
  • Front Desk Operations: Welcome visitors professionally, manage the reception area, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Communication: Answer and route phone calls; prepare official letters and correspondence.
  • Coordination: Manage meeting room bookings and support general office workflow.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Language Proficiency: Essential fluency (written and verbal) in English, Amharic, and Afan Oromoo.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attributes: High level of integrity, professional appearance, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking and time management skills.
