
1. Customer Service Manager I
- Location: Dodola Branch
 - Salary: As per the Bank’s attractive salary scale
 - Job Summary:
 - The Customer Service Manager will support the Branch Manager in coordinating all activities of Customer Service Officers (Maker/Checkers) and Senior Customer Service Officer (Cash/Accounts) within the Branch and ensure operational excellence to deliver exemplary services for high customer satisfaction levels, supporting the Bank’s growth.
 - Responsibilities include leading customer service initiatives, preparing and submitting annual budgets, work plans, activity and progress reports, and participating in various community activities to promote services offered by the Bank.
 - Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., accounting, management, economics, business administration)
 - Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years relevant experience, out of which two (2) years in a supervisory post
 - Required Technical Competency:
 - Understanding of general financial products and services
 - Knowledge and experience in modern service delivery practices in medium to large banks
 - Good command of banking policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines
 - Ability to respond to client inquiries and instructions

2. Branch Manager II
- Location: Hawassa TTC Branch
 - Salary: As per the Bank’s attractive salary scale
 - Job Summary:
 - The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. They will ensure compliance with operating procedures, rules, regulations, and country laws, while coordinating the sales/business development efforts of the branch.
 - Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., accounting, management, economics, business administration)
 - Experience: Minimum of six (6) years banking experience
 - Required Technical Competency:
 - Understanding of general financial products and services
 - Knowledge and experience in modern service delivery practices in medium to large banks
 - Good command of banking policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines
 - Ability to respond to client inquiries and instructions
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office package and Core Banking System
 - Project management skills
