Oromia Bank S.C. (OB) was established in accordance with the pertinent laws, regulations, and the 1960 Commercial Code of Ethiopia, by the Monetary and Banking Proclamation No. 83/1994 and by the Licensing and Supervision of Banking Proclamation No. 592/2008. The bank is currently inviting interested and competent applicants to fill the following corporate-level external vacancies.

Open Corporate Positions

1. IFB Corporate CRM I

  • Place of Work: Head Office (Interest-Free Banking Business & CRM Department)
  • Salary & Benefits: Provided as per the salary scale of the Bank.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields of study.
  • Experience Required: A minimum of 6 years of relevant banking experience, out of which 2 years must be in a managerial role.
  • Competency Requirements:
    • Management: Building teams, decision quality, drive for results, planning, and priority setting.
    • Core: Perseverance, continuous learning, teamwork, integrity and trust, and customer focus.
    • Functional: Customer Relationship Management and an understanding of Sharia compliance.

2. Corporate & Business CRM III

  • Place of Work: Head Office (Corporate Banking Department)
  • Salary & Benefits: Provided as per the salary scale of the Bank.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Banking & Finance, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, or other business & economics related fields of study.
  • Experience Required: Either 8 years of relevant banking experience for Bachelor’s degree holders OR 7 years for Master’s degree holders. Out of this experience, 2 years must be specifically in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) roles.
  • Competency Requirements:
    • Management: Building teams, decision quality, drive for results, planning, and priority setting.
    • Core: Perseverance, continuous learning, teamwork, integrity and trust, and customer focus.
    • Functional: Customer Relationship Management skills and knowledge of CRM-related software.
