The company manages multiple active sites both within Addis Ababa and at regional project locations.

Junior & Entry-Level Positions (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

1. Junior HR Officer

Required Quantity: 3
Education: B.A. Degree in Management.
Work Experience: Fresh Graduate. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word are preferred.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa Projects.

2. Junior Planning Engineer

Required Quantity: 4
Education: BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management (COTM), or Architectural Engineering.
Work Experience: Fresh Graduate. Certified training in software like MS Project or Primavera P6 is required.
Place of Work: Head Office.

3. Junior Storekeeper

Required Quantity: 4
Education: Diploma or BA Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Accounting, or related fields.
Work Experience: Fresh Graduate. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word are preferred.

8. Senior Accountant

Required Quantity: 3
Education: BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting and Finance, or related fields.
Work Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience in a construction company, with at least 3 years served in the same position.

9. Senior HR Officer

Work Experience: 10 years of relevant work experience in the building construction industry, with at least 8 years served in the same position.

13. Senior Office Engineer

Education: BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering, COTM, or Architectural Engineering.
Work Experience: 6 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure, landscape, or road projects, out of which 3 years must be in the same position.

14. Senior Site Engineer

Education: MSc or BSc degree in Civil Engineering or COTM.
Work Experience: 8 years of relevant work experience in the building construction industry, with at least 5 years served in the same position.

15. Project Manager

Required Quantity: 4
Education: MSc or BSc degree in Civil Engineering or COTM.
Work Experience: 10 years of relevant work experience in the building construction industry, with at least 8 years served in the same position.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa and regional projects.

16. Electrical Engineer

Required Quantity: 3
Education: MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Work Experience: 8 years of relevant work experience in the building construction industry, with at least 5 years served in the same position.

17. Sanitary Engineer

Education: MSc or BSc in Water Resources Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or related fields.
Work Experience: 8 years of relevant work experience in the building construction industry, with at least 5 years served in the same position.

18. Equipment Administration and Maintenance Division Head

Education: MSc or BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related fields.
Work Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in a construction company, with at least 3 years served in the same position.
