
Metemamen Microfinance Institution S.C. (MMFI) was established and licensed to operate nationwide by the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) on February 6, 2002. The institution provides credit, savings, and financial solutions to support trading operations, short-term business deficits, agricultural activities, machinery sourcing, and construction completion.
MMFI is currently seeking qualified and motivated individuals to fill the following customer-facing position in Addis Ababa.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
- BA Degree, TVET Level III, or TVET Level IV certificate in Accounting, Economics, Management, Agribusiness, or closely related fields of study.
Work Experience:
- 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience (Fresh graduates with a BA degree or TVET holders with up to 2–3 years of applicable experience are eligible to apply).
