1. Trainee Officer
- Required Quantity: 12
- Education: BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agribusiness, Agro-Economics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: No experience required. Open exclusively to graduates of 2016 E.C. (2023/2024 G.C.) and above. Skills in marketing and sales are highly advantageous.
- Place of Work: Dire Dawa, Debre Markos, Bahir Dar, Jimma, Hawassa, and Adama.
2. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
- Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience, with at least 1 year specifically within the banking or microfinance sector.
- Place of Work: Dire Dawa, Debre Markos, Bahir Dar, Jimma, Hawassa, and Adama.
3. Senior Customer Service Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience, with at least 1 year specifically within the banking or microfinance sector.
- Place of Work: Dire Dawa, Debre Markos, Bahir Dar, Jimma, Hawassa, and Adama.
4. Credit Marketing Officer
- Required Quantity: 15
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in credit operations within the banking or microfinance sector.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
5. IT Support Officer
- Education: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in related IT support roles within the banking or microfinance sector.
- Place of Work: Dire Dawa, Debre Markos, Bahir Dar, Jimma, Hawassa, and Adama.
6. Customer Service Manager – I
- Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience, with at least 1 year in a senior-level role within the banking or microfinance sector.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa, Debre Markos, Bahir Dar, Jimma, Hawassa, and Adama.
7. Branch Manager – I
- Education: MA or BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial position within the banking or microfinance sector.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa, Debre Markos, Bahir Dar, Jimma, Hawassa, and Adama.
8. Branch Manager – III
- Education: MA or BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial position within the banking or microfinance sector.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa, Debre Markos, Bahir Dar, Jimma, Hawassa, and Adama.
9. Accountant
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or Accounting.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience, with at least 1 year dedicated to financial activities within the banking or microfinance sector.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
