Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited higher learning institution in:
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Information Technology
- Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Or other closely related technical computing fields.
Academic Performance Thresholds:
- Graduation Year: Must be a recent graduate from the 2025 or 2026 Gregorian Calendar (G.C.) academic cycles.
- Cumulative GPA (CGPA): Minimum baseline of 2.50 and above.
- National Exit Exam Score: A mandatory passing grade of 50% and above.
Technical & Key Competencies:
- Solid foundational grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and methodologies.
- Practical familiarity with the Git version control system.
- Strong analytical aptitude, rapid problem-solving skills, and a passionate drive to adapt to emerging fintech technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the bank’s active IT infrastructure and digital applications under the supervision of Work Unit Heads.
- Contribute to internal software development, network optimization, and systems improvement initiatives.
- Build critical cross-functional competencies across specialized banking IT domains, including database management, cybersecurity frameworks, and core system integration.
