1. Teller I
๐ Location: Addis Ababa
๐ Qualification: Bachelorโs Degree or TVET Level 4 (Accounting, Management, or related).
โณ Experience: 0โ2 years (Microfinance exposure is a plus).
2. Accountant I
๐ Location: Addis Ababa
๐ Qualification: Bachelorโs, TVET Level 4, or College Diploma (Accounting, Finance, or related).
โณ Experience: 0โ2 years (Microfinance experience preferred).
3. Customer Service Officer I
๐ Location: Addis Ababa
๐ Qualification: Bachelorโs, TVET Level 4, or College Diploma (Management, Accounting, Economics, or social sciences).
โณ Experience: 0โ2 years (Operational/Customer relation, microfinance preferred).
4. Branch Manager I
๐ Location: Addis Ababa
๐ Qualification: Bachelorโs Degree in Management, Accounting & Finance, or related.
โณ Experience: Mandatory Microfinance experience. Min. 4 years as Branch Manager/Operations Officer OR 6 years as Senior Customer Service Officer.
