1. Equipment Administration Officer I (Quantity: 1)
Manages equipment office operations; requires Diploma or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering + 4 years of construction project experience. Location: Gefersa.
2. Project Administration Head (Quantity: 1)
Directs project administrative tasks; requires B.A. in Management or related fields + 4 years of solid construction sector experience. Location: Project Site.
3. Accounting Clerk (Quantity: 1)
Maintains accounting records; requires Diploma/TVET Level IV (4 yrs exp) or B.A. in Accounting (2 yrs exp). Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa).
4. Monitoring & Evaluation Section Head (Quantity: 1)
Leads M&E frameworks; requires B.Sc. (10 yrs exp) or M.Sc. (8 yrs exp) in COTM or related fields. Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa).
5. Light Vehicle Driver (Quantity: 2)
Provides transport services; requires 10th Grade completion + minimum 4 years of relevant driving experience. Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa).

Manages site inventory; requires B.A. in Logistics & Supply Chain Management + 2 years of building/road construction experience. Location: Project Site.
7. Project Accountant (Quantity: 1)
Handles site financial tasks; requires B.A. in Accounting + 2 years of experience with Peachtree Accounting proficiency. Location: Nekemte.
8. General Foreman – Building (Quantity: 3)
Oversees site building operations; requires Diploma/TVET Level IV in Civil Engineering + 10 years total experience (6+ years as General Foreman). Locations: Mettu, Gefersa, and Hawassa.
9. Office Engineer – Building (Quantity: 4)
Handles office engineering workflows; requires B.Sc. (10 yrs exp) or M.Sc. (8 yrs exp) in Civil Engineering with PE III registration and 4+ years specific experience. Locations: Gefersa, Adama, Hawassa, and Bedele.
10. Occupational Safety & Health Engineer (Quantity: 1)
Ensures safety compliance; requires B.Sc. (8 yrs exp) or M.Sc. (6 yrs exp) in Civil Engineering/COTM with PE III registration and 6+ years in safety engineering. Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa).
11. Construction Engineer – Building (Quantity: 3)
Manages site construction; requires B.Sc. (10 yrs exp) or M.Sc. (8 yrs exp) in Civil Engineering with PE III registration and 6+ years site management experience. Locations: Bedele, Mettu, and Gefersa.
