Planning, Accounting, Finance & HR Career Opportunities
1. Senior Planning & Monitoring Officer
Leads strategic planning, performance frameworks, and business development; requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Business, or Project Management + minimum 5 years of relevant experience. (Master’s is a plus).
2. Project Accountant
Manages project budgeting, cost analysis, and financial tracking; requires a B.A. in Accounting or Finance + 4 years of general accounting experience (including 2+ years in project/construction accounting). ERP familiarity is an advantage.
3. Senior Accountant
Supervises accounting operations, financial statements, and tax compliance; requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance + 5 years of accounting experience (including 3+ years in a Senior Accountant role) and knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws.
4. Senior Human Resource Officer
Manages recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and labor law compliance; requires a B.A. in HRM, Management, or Business Administration + 4 years of HR experience and solid knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law Proclamation No. 1156/2019.
