Open Positions & Requirements

1. Junior HR Officer

  • Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
  • Job Summary: Supports the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee onboarding, records management, leave tracking, and routine HR administrative duties while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and efficiency.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 0 years of experience (Strictly for Fresh Graduates).
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in candidate recruitment, interview scheduling, and selection processes.
    • Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
    • Maintain and update HR databases, physical personnel files, and leave records.
    • Prepare employment contracts, official letters, and related documentation.
    • Assist in organizing staff training and employee development programs.
    • Respond to internal inquiries regarding company HR policies.
  • Required Competencies & Skills:

2. Social Media Manager

  • Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
  • Job Summary: Responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and managing engaging digital content across all company social media channels to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and manage monthly/weekly content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms.
    • Produce high-quality social media copy, captions, and calls-to-action.
    • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and business units for media production.
    • Capture real-time digital content during corporate exhibitions, field activities, and product launches.
    • Manage community engagement by monitoring comments and responding professionally.
    • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns in coordination with the Digital Marketing Head.
    • Track campaign metrics (CTR, engagement rates, conversions) and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Required Technical & Soft Skills:
    • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, Meta Business Suite, and digital advertising.
    • Proficiency in content creation tools and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
    • Exceptional content writing, storytelling, and aesthetic judgment.
    • Strong multitasking, time management, and performance analytics skills.
