🔹 Position 1: Branding Officer

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in marketing-related roles, preferably in branding or market research.
  • Language: Fluency in both English and Amharic (spoken & written) is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent use of the company’s brand identity (logos, trademarks, etc.).
  • Execute co-branding strategies and maintain visibility for partner brands.
  • Recruit and manage brand ambassador drivers.
  • Communicate co-branding agreements and monitor compliance.
  • Maintain strong partner relationships for seamless project execution.
  • Create performance and financial tracking reports.
  • Ensure data privacy and uphold non-disclosure agreements.
  • Oversee timely service payments to brand ambassadors.
  • Support sales campaigns and promotional communication.

Location: Addis Ababa


🔹 Position 2: Sales Executive

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other business-related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales; experience in automotive or EV sectors is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with electric vehicles or eagerness to learn.
  • Tools: Experience using CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Other: Valid driver’s license; self-motivated and proactive team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting EVs based on their needs and preferences.
  • Provide product and pricing information clearly.
  • Help customers explore financing options.
  • Maintain and report on sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Build strong customer relationships and follow up proactively.
  • Organize and support promotional events and awareness campaigns.
  • Facilitate test drives and guide customers through the sales process.
  • Coordinate with dealers and finance partners for smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records throughout the sales cycle.

🔹 Position 3: Senior Procurement Manager

Educational & Professional Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related fields.
  • Preferred Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration or Procurement is an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement or supply chain management, including leadership roles.
  • Preferred Industry Background: Experience in tech, manufacturing, or healthcare is a plus.
