Job Objective
To ensure the design, development, and implementation of high-quality and innovative eLearning content for Bank of Abyssinia employees.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Create interactive online content using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
- Design eLearning content with tools like Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Collaborate on instructional materials development.
- Review curriculum and provide improvement suggestions.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) content and digital resources.
- Produce videos in-studio and on-site; manage e-studio equipment.
- Apply UX principles for intuitive learning interfaces.
- Create visual designs and graphics.
- Implement storyboards based on instructional methodologies.
- Ensure timely development within project scope and quality.
- Adopt emerging eLearning technologies and global best practices.
- Upload and organize learning materials on LMS.
