🔹 Position 1: Logistics Operation Manager
🎯 Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate logistics strategies, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate and align logistics operations across multiple business units
- Optimize transportation routes, modes, and distribution costs
- Manage inventory, fuel operations, and ensure on-time delivery
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and implement improvements
- Lead and coach the logistics team
- Stay updated with industry best practices and compliance regulations
✅ Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Accounting, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in FMCG/multinational company
- Skills:
- Logistics software (TMS) proficiency
- Strong analytical and decision-making ability
- Excellent team leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of international and domestic transportation regulations
