📌 Position: Brand Manager – Feta
🌟 Purpose of the Job
The Brand Manager will develop and execute the annual brand plan for Feta, overseeing creative campaigns, promotional activities, media strategies, and sponsorships. This position ensures effective brand initiatives through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
📝 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Major Requirements
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals: marketing mix, brand positioning, equity, and communication.
- Exposure to sales, promotions, advertising, and market research.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage brand projects and coordinate across functions.
🔹 Brand Building
- Develop brand strategy with the guidance of the Category and Marketing Manager.
- Implement annual brand plans aligned with set objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Monitor and report on brand performance and gather actionable insights.
🔹 Advertising & Communication
- Develop creative briefs and manage campaign execution.
- Formulate media strategies reflecting consumer media habits.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies for campaigns and content.
- Assess advertising effectiveness through pre- and post-campaign evaluations.
- Oversee digital brand communication, ensuring responsible alcohol messaging.
🔹 Sponsorship & Promotions
- Implement sponsorship strategies for increased brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate sponsorship activities with the events team.
- Evaluate sponsorship outcomes and explore new opportunities.
- Collaborate with trade marketing to develop and execute promotional strategies.
🔹 Visibility & Merchandising
- Design and implement visibility strategies for key channels.
- Support POSM execution in partnership with the trade marketing team.
- Monitor visibility efforts and provide optimization recommendations.
🔹 Profitability & Budget Management
- Track budgets and analyze cost-effectiveness of brand activities.
- Provide timely updates on budget utilization and recommend corrective actions.
