1. Senior Strategy Planning and Monitoring Officer
Job Summary:
As a Senior Strategy Planning and Monitoring Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of the Bank’s corporate strategy. You will be responsible for preparing and compiling performance reports, leveraging insights from monitoring and evaluation to guide strategic direction, and advising on necessary adjustments based on key environmental developments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annual reports, as well as ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Support the alignment of employees to the Bank’s strategy through top-down planning (cascading) and effective communication.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Prepare detailed strategic plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Ensure the Bank’s strategic initiatives align with its vision, mission, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation and institutionalization of an effective accountability system through rigorous Strategy Execution management.
- Support the development of strategic initiatives through operational and strategy review sessions, identifying major activities, timelines, and targets.
- Support organizational alignment to the Strategy for both business and support functions.
- Actively participate in the plan setting and cascading process.
- Support the implementation of an effective and objective Strategy monitoring and evaluation framework, providing hands-on support for problem and solution development, managing key stakeholders, and overcoming organizational barriers.
- Ensure adherence to the defined culture by demonstrating appropriate behavior required to meet section’s demands and performance expectations.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualification and Work Experience:
- Education: Master’s Degree or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields.
- Experience:
- 4 years of relevant experience for Master’s Degree holders.
- 6 years of relevant experience for BA Degree holders.
- Of the total experience, 2 years must be as an officer in a planning and monitoring area.

2. Strategy and Change Management Officer
Job Summary:
The Strategy and Change Management Officer supports the development of the Bank’s corporate strategy by writing and compiling performance reports, integrating lessons from the monitoring and evaluation unit to guide strategic direction, and advising on appropriate strategic changes based on significant environmental developments. Additionally, this role is responsible for corporate transformation, business process improvement, and change management initiatives within the Bank.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement change management strategies and frameworks to facilitate organizational transitions.
- Identify and assess areas of resistance to change and develop plans to address them.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization’s strategies.
- Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
- Develop and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders understand the purpose, benefits, and impacts of changes.
- Act as a liaison between leadership and employees to foster alignment and buy-in for initiatives.
- Assess training needs related to new strategies or changes and coordinate learning programs.
- Design and deliver training sessions to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to adapt to changes.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic and change management initiatives.
- Monitor progress and provide regular reports to leadership on the implementation of strategies and changes.
- Evaluate the impact of changes on organizational performance and recommend improvements.
- Work with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency as part of change initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Ensure adherence to the defined culture by demonstrating appropriate behavior required to meet section’s demands and performance expectations.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualification and Work Experience:
- Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
- Experience: 4 years of relevant experience, of which 2 years must be as a Junior Change Management Officer.
