Available Positions:

1. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Technician

  • Duties and Responsibilities: Operate, service, repair, and install HVAC equipment. Work flexible hours as needed. Monitor HVAC system performance, execute maintenance programs, conduct effectiveness tests and safety inspections, commission new equipment, troubleshoot faults, develop service schedules, respond to service requests, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, perform emergency repairs, identify maintenance risks, clean/adjust/repair systems, maintain daily logs, ensure compliance with standards, assist customer queries, and read schematics/manuals.
  • Qualification Requirements:
    • BSc degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized technical college or university with two years of experience in HVAC maintenance. OR
    • Diploma/Level IV in Electrical or Mechanical field of studies from a recognized technical college or university with a minimum of 2/3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Knowledge: Service, repair, operation, and installation of HVAC systems; preventive maintenance handling mechanisms; workplace safety requirements.
    • Skills: Skilled in using common HVAC tools; understanding advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Abilities: Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment; ability to work in confined spaces; strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Required Skills: Time management, Analytical skills, Adaptability, Teamwork, Communication, Attention to detail, Problem solving.

2. Safety Officer

  • Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and mitigate workplace hazards, promote and implement robust safety practices (including permit-to-work (PTW) systems, risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency response planning), manage and mentor the HSE team, develop and implement HSE training programs, identify opportunities for improvement in HSE performance.
  • Qualification Requirements:
    • BSc degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field preferred.
    • 1/2 years of experience as a safety officer in a project environment.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, proactive approach to risk management, ability to work independently and collaboratively, good record-keeping and reporting skills, experience with permit-to-work (PTW) systems and high-risk work procedures, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Junior Electrician and Mechanic

  • Basic Functions: Perform highly skilled maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting work on electrical and mechanical systems, including heating, refrigeration, motors, fire alarms, and generator equipment. Involves technical application of electrical/mechanical principles.
  • Duties and Responsibilities: Repairing and overhauling electrical components, welding and cutting metal parts. Installs, services and repairs electrical and mechanical equipment. Operates power hand tools and other specialized electrical/mechanical equipment. Constructs and maintains service equipment.
  • Qualification Requirements:
    • Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible electrical/Mechanical experience.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Knowledge: Tools, equipment, and materials common to the electrical/mechanical trade; applicable electrical/mechanical codes, standards, and regulations; electrical application for high and low voltage electric system.
    • Skill: Installation, repair and maintenance of all types of electrical/mechanical system equipment and components; verbal and written communication.

4. Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

  • Basic Functions: Provide technical support to engineers in various project stages (design, development, installation, maintenance, testing). Assist in designing, developing, and testing mechanical/electrical components and systems. Manufacture, assemble, and test machinery. Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians. Perform maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. Assist in identifying required spare parts and tools. Support Senior Engineers with calculations, data analysis, and report writing.
  • Major Responsibilities [Mechanical Engineer]: Design and Analysis (mechanical systems, components, devices), Manufacturing Support, Testing and Evaluation.
  • Major Responsibilities [Electrical Engineer]: System Design (power distribution, control systems, electronic devices), Component Development, Power Systems (high, medium, and low voltage), Testing and Evaluation, Troubleshooting.
  • Qualification Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible electrical/Mechanical experience.
