1. Logistics Officer
- Position Summary: The Logistics Officer is responsible for coordinating the efficient operation, maintenance, and utilization of the organization’s vehicle fleet. This role ensures that all vehicles are properly maintained, compliant with regulatory standards, and optimally deployed to support company objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle dispatch, routing and scheduling.
- Monitor and analyze fuel consumption and develop a plan to improve cost efficiency.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle performance, insurance, and licensing.
- Supervise drivers ensuring adherence to company transport policies and procedures.
- Utilize GPS tracking and fleet management systems for performance monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure all transport operations comply with relevant national transport regulations and safety protocols.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Automotive Technology, or closely related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet operations.
- Proficiency in fleet management systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and traffic regulations.

2. Procurement Officer
- Position Summary: The Procurement Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the company acquires goods and services efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role supports operational efficiency by developing effective procurement plans, optimizing vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely and compliant acquisition of goods and services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement plans aligned with operational needs.
- Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor market trends and conduct cost analysis to optimize spending.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with finance and other relevant internal teams for seamless operations.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Ethiopian procurement laws.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
