Job Position: Associate Leadership Instructor
- Required Qualification and Experience:
- Education: A Minimum of BA degree in Business Administration /Business Management/HRM/ Management/Public Administration & Dev’t Management or any field of study from a recognized University/College AND a minimum of three years of work experience as an Instructor or a Trainer in a University /College/ Training Institutes/ leadership institute.
- OR
- MBA/MA in Human Resource Management or any related field of study from a recognized University/College/Institute AND one year experience as an Instructor or a Trainer in a University /College/ Training Institutes/ leadership institute.
- Experience: Supervisory/Managerial practical experience is advantageous.
- Experience in leadership training is advantageous.
- LANGUAGE: Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory.
- AGE LIMIT: 18 – 35 Years’ Old Inclusive.
- Work Place: Ethiopian Airlines Head Quarter, Ethiopian Airports Building (Recruitment & Placement Office).
