Job Summary:
The Office Engineer is responsible for measuring the financial and physical performance of projects against targets, ensuring proper utilization of resources to maximize profitability. S/he is also responsible for preparing bills of quantity, agreements, master and monthly schedules, and payments for various projects.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares Bill of Quantity, materials for every site.
- Prepares, reviews, & approves agreements.
- Prepares drawing adjustment, rearranging, printing and distributing for every site.
- Takes measurements of any work on every site for preparing payment, for material requesting documentation.
- Prepares master schedule and monthly schedule for every project.
- Prepares sub-contractors payment, analyzing variations, claims in every project every two weeks.
- Prepares or approving temporary sub-contractors payments in every project.
- Prepares Reports monthly and weekly for each project.
- Collects and requests needed materials from every site and informs management and purchaser.
- Ensures that requested materials are delivered to the needed site on time.
- Follows up and monitors construction activities as per the schedules for every project.
- Prepares periodic activity reports and submits to his/her immediate supervisor.

2. Site Engineer

Job Summary:
Managing construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Engineer will work closely with project managers, sub-contractors, and other engineers to ensure the successful execution of construction plans.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and sub-contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to the Project Manager.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Supervise construction activities and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Ensure work is carried out as per design, plans, and relevant codes.
- Provide engineering support and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction process with other project teams.

Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a large-scale construction project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duty and Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of a team of Foremen, sub-contractors, and laborers to ensure project goals are met.
- Implement weekly project schedules, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day construction issues, minimizing delays and costs.
- Manage materials, equipment, and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Qualification and Experience:
- Education: Technical Diploma in construction, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a similar role as a Project General Foreman or equivalent experience in real estate projects.

4. Foreman

Duty and Responsibilities:
- Prepares action Plan, implements and manages construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals in consultation with immediate supervisor.
- Measures quality of works (in meters, plumb bob, tamper(Riga), water level) and verifies as work in progress with construction tools.
- Precedes casting and constructing the certified work after consultation with immediate supervisor.
- Ensures that the construction work is done efficiently and effectively with proper utilization of resources.
- Coordinates and performs field activities including estimating, scheduling, and quality control.
- Supervises and ensures that the overall operations on the site are implemented in accordance with the given drawing and direction and maintain a friendly environment. Produces employee and project schedules.
- Ensures that project operations are implemented within the allotted budget, time, and quality standards.
- Makes sure that workers do their jobs efficiently and safely, as well as following safety rules and all safety procedures in case of an emergency.
- Plans the schedule of working hours and shifts of the workers according to the requirements.
- Notifies immediate supervisor if any special assignment is given or if damaged work has occurred.
- Confirms material request and signs upon approval of immediate supervisor.
- Fulfills manpower requirements through and in consultation with supervisor.
- Maintains safety and environmental standards and guidelines and ensures compliance with state and federal laws.
- Maintains and updates job-related documentation, including progress, safety, quality, and time cards, and submits Report the work progress on a weekly basis.
- Prepares periodic activity report and submits to his/her immediate supervisor.
- Performs other similar activities as assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
